How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content available through our platform infringes your copyright (or the copyright of someone you represent), you may submit a valid DMCA takedown notice.

A compliant notice must include:

  • Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature

  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed

  • The exact URL or location of the infringing material on our site or app

  • A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or legally authorized to act on their behalf

Once a valid notice is received, we will review it promptly and take appropriate action.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After reviewing your claim, Mindid LLC may:

  • Remove or disable access to the material in question

  • Notify the user who posted the material

  • Take further steps when appropriate, including disabling accounts involved in repeated violations

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice.

Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its original location

  • A good-faith statement that the removal was the result of error or misidentification

  • Your full contact details
